- Free (9): send e-mail, show an admin notice, log a message, update post meta, update user meta, create a term, create a user, FormForge admin notify, and the outbound webhook (POST, HMAC-signed, with an SSRF guard).
- Pro (25 in the builder, 22 you can run today): the flow-control steps (wait / delay, wait for approval, conditional branch); a generic HTTP request; messaging (Slack, Discord, Telegram, Mattermost, Microsoft Teams, Gmail send); CRM and SaaS (ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, Close, Mailchimp, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets); storage (Dropbox, S3-compatible upload, media sideload from a URL); and the Forge Suite steps (LangForge translate post, GuardForge alert).
- Coming soon, not runnable yet (3): the loop-over-an-array step, the HubSpot contact step and the Rank Forge analyze-post step. The builder marks them “coming soon”. A run that reaches one does not report success: it stops, or finishes as degraded, and names the step. Do not tell a customer that Cascade Forge connects to HubSpot; the Cascade Forge steps for other CRMs above are the ones that exist.
- Does Cascade Forge connect to HubSpot? Not yet. Cascade Forge’s HubSpot contact step is marked “coming soon” in the builder and does not run; the steps for other CRMs listed above (ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, Close, Mailchimp) exist. Form Forge, a separate plugin, has its own HubSpot integration for form submissions; that is not a Cascade Forge step.
- Can a flow loop over a list, or hand a post to Rank Forge for analysis? Not yet: the loop step and the Rank Forge analyze-post step are both “coming soon”. Cascade Forge can react to Rank Forge’s events (a post analysed, a whole-site audit complete) as triggers.
